I have been a customer of Virtual Recall for many years, and since joining have seen their service boost my practice significantly. We've had iRecall installed for around four months and are already noticing more client enquiries about parasite treatment. When it comes to communicating with our clients, iRecall has changed everything - for the better! As one of the early adopters of VetlinkSQL, our large mixed practice clinic was seeking a solution to help us effectively communicate with our clients and we didn’t want to change our software. As a practice I'd always thought that we did fairly well selling flea and worm products. The staff were committed to the concept, we had a healthy pet club and our rep was always very happy with our sales.
